AIA Colorado North (Boulder) Eat+Educate: Common Building Envelope Construction Defects in Multi-Family Construction

Join AIA Colorado North (Boulder) from noon – 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 16, for Common Building Envelope Construction Defects in Multi-Family Construction, an Eat and Educate presented by SBSA. The program will take place at the YWCA of Boulder County in the Upstairs Classroom (2222 14th St., Boulder, CO 80302).

Attendees can earn 1.0 AIA HSW continuing education learning unit (LU). Under the state of Colorado’s rules for continuing education for state licensure renewal, this program should meet the requirements for 1.0 HSW CEH.

This presentation is an overview of common non-compliant building envelope conditions in multi-family construction including areas that design professionals should pay particular attention to in order to reduce the occurrence of construction defects.

This program is free for all AIA Colorado North members and lunch will be provided by SBSA.
